Temperature controller with delay timer

FTX00-610 is a PID temperature controller with built-in timer, works with thermocuple and RTD inputs, relay output for timer, it's ability to maintain the tempearture at preset time duration is the key features of this item, when temperature reach to SV, the timer will be triggered automatically and starts to counting, when the time duration elapsed, a relay will pull-in and generate a dry contact signal. RS-485 modbus communication is optional, 24VDC/AC souce is optional as well.

FT series PID temperature controller is similar to other controllers we have but offers more options, items works with thermocouple and RTD inputs, comes with Relay, SSR Drive, or 4-20mA, 0-10VDC output, maximum 2 alarms avaiablel, standard version works on 85~265Vac, and 24VDC/AC source optional when order, apart from these standard features, this controller also has some unique features like soft-start for analog output which is pretty useful for some of application where the load needs to be protected from drastic increase power load, process value re-transmission and remote setting point, RS-485 modbus communication which makes this controller has the ability to handle different situations.

The NTC10K Series is a compact, high-precision Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor temperature sensor housed in a rugged stainless steel M8 screw-body probe. Designed for direct installation into threaded ports on pipework, tanks, heat exchangers, and machinery, this sensor delivers accurate, low-cost temperature measurement across a wide operating range without the need for signal conditioning or cold-junction compensation.At the heart of the sensor is a precision NTC thermistor element with a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25 °C and a B-value (B25/100) of 3950 K ± 1%. The thermistor element is encapsulated within a 4 mm diameter stainless steel probe, sealed with high-temperature epoxy resin to ensure moisture ingress protection. The M8 threaded body incorporates a high-temperature silicone gasket to provide a leak-proof seal when installed into a threaded port.
