Temperature transmitter in short is a device which convert the temperature signal typically thermocouple and RTD signals into analog signals such as 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, the analog signal is a universal standard signal which are more friendly for long distance transmission, in addition to the transmission, the temperature transmitter also filters out any hazadours interference from the input and therefore protect the signal, the principle behind the temperature transmitter is the same, but the physical format would be different, and we offer DIN rail mount temperature transmitter, head mounted temperature transmitter, RS-485 temperature transmitter, and HART protocol temperature transmitter etc. and all of our temperature transmitter is programmable either from PC or cell phone.
A solid state relay (SSR) is an electronic switching device that switches on or off when an external voltage (AC or DC) is applied across its control terminals. It serves the same function as an electromechanical relay, but has no moving parts and therefore results in a longer operational lifetime. SSRs consist of a sensor which responds to an appropriate input (control signal), a solid-state electronic switching device which switches power to the load circuitry, and a coupling mechanism to enable the control signal to activate this switch without mechanical parts. The relay may be designed to switch either AC or DC loads, we offer both single phase and three phase relay, DC and AC load relays.
A silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) is a solid state switching device which can provide fast, infinitely variable proportional control of electric power. Not only does this give maximum control of your heat process, but it can extend heater life many times over other control methods, at Maxwell, we offer simple SCR and advanced digital display SCR with other add-on features.
Maxwell offers various thermocouple and RTD sensors, from simple M6 screw-in sensor to sophisticated custom made sensor, high temperature sensors with ceramic sheath, temperature sensor with transmitters built-in, filed installation temperature transmitters etc.
Rotary Encoders are sensors that detect position and speed by converting rotational mechanical displacements into electrical signals and processing those signals, at Maxwell, we offer solid shaft incremental encoders and hollow shaft, blind hollow shaft encoders.
Pulse counters and timers are an essential part in the automation industrial, Pulse counters works with dry contact inputs as well as PNP/NPN inputs, and it counts the number if pulses and therefor be able to measure the quantities and length etc. Digital programmable timers with 2 relays built in as output 1 and output 2, the relay can be programmed to pull-in or release during the start up of a process or when program ends.
Maxwell offers all kinds of accessories for solid state relays and SCR power regulators. heatsinks, potentiometers and cooling fans, din rail adaptors, aluminum heatsink is critical for the solid state relays, significant heat will generated when solid state relays operates, heatsink will hep the heat disspation, in some of situation, where the heatsink is not sufficient enough, cooling fans have to be included in the system.

FT series PID temperature controller is similar to other controllers we have but offers more options, items works with thermocouple and RTD inputs, comes with Relay, SSR Drive, or 4-20mA, 0-10VDC output, maximum 2 alarms avaiablel, standard version works on 85~265Vac, and 24VDC/AC source optional when order, apart from these standard features, this controller also has some unique features like soft-start for analog output which is pretty useful for some of application where the load needs to be protected from drastic increase power load, process value re-transmission and remote setting point, RS-485 modbus communication which makes this controller has the ability to handle different situations.
Maxwell DR02B is a din rail mount PID temperature controller, 2 channel configuraitons, support thermocouple inputs(K,E,J,N,W,S,T,R,B), and output can be Relay, SSR Drive, it's a very simple din rail mount ccontroller, PID or ON/OFF control mode, RS-485 modbus communication as standard features, 85~265Vac source for easy system intergration, auto-tuning for both loops and with an external plug and play external configruation devices. the field configuration will be very easy to carry out.
Maxwell PU90 ramp and soak PID profile multile steps controller is a touch key temperature controller, the process value changed based on predetermined ramping rate and soak rate. process value changes based on a curve over time, the output can be Relay to drive an AC contrator, or SSR Drive to drive an external solid state relay, or 4-20mA analog outputs, the setting keys on the panel is touch key with a responsive sound, it is not a conventional setting key where it goes down a little bit when you push it, it's a touch key which makes it very durable. high sampling rate and RS-485 optional.
