The PT100-8 is a probe-type Platinum Resistance Thermometer (PT100 RTD) distinguished by its adjustable insertion depth — a key feature that sets it apart from fixed-length sensors. A stainless steel compression fitting is integrated into the assembly, forming a liquid-tight or pressure-tight seal against the process wall while allowing the operator to slide and lock the probe at any desired insertion depth before or after installation.
