● The system will be built by using our DIN rail temperature controller and DIN rail mount or panel mount HMI
● The system is fully customized according to customer's specific requirements, for example, if you have 16 temperature control points in your system, then we will use 4 PCS of 4 channel DIN rail mount temperature controller
● There are also a lot of other objects to be controlled in some of the temperature control system, objects like pumps, fans etc, in this case, we have various I/O modulars, like NPN/PNP input/output, Relay output modular, current measurement modulars etc.
● Remote access from PC, Cell phone available, the display on the local HMI can be sync to PC or cellphone(works on both android and IOS cell phone)
● All the DIN rail mount units can be racked together via the quick connector, makes the wiring on site super easy.
● Temperature system with data logging function,
● We can remotely upgrade the software or firmware from China for the system outside of China
● The concept is to eliminate the PLC from the system, PID controller is a better solution for general temperature control task.
