The NTC10K Series is a compact, high-precision Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor temperature sensor housed in a rugged stainless steel M8 screw-body probe. Designed for direct installation into threaded ports on pipework, tanks, heat exchangers, and machinery, this sensor delivers accurate, low-cost temperature measurement across a wide operating range without the need for signal conditioning or cold-junction compensation.At the heart of the sensor is a precision NTC thermistor element with a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25 °C and a B-value (B25/100) of 3950 K ± 1%. The thermistor element is encapsulated within a 4 mm diameter stainless steel probe, sealed with high-temperature epoxy resin to ensure moisture ingress protection. The M8 threaded body incorporates a high-temperature silicone gasket to provide a leak-proof seal when installed into a threaded port. A 150 mm flat silicone lead wire terminates in a standard 2-pin SMP (Micro-Fit style) connector for fast, tool-free connection to the host system.The NTC10K series is fully compatible with Maxwell's range of temperature controllers, as well as third-party controllers, HVAC control boards, and microcontroller-based systems that accept a passive NTC thermistor input. The PIDMaxWell Quick Connectors series provides a complete range of thermocouple quick-connect plugs and sockets for use with K, J, T, E, and N type thermocouples and extension wires. Available in both standard and miniature sizes, and in nylon (up to 220 °C) or ceramic (up to 650 °C) body materials, the connectors are colour-coded in accordance with universal thermocouple standards — yellow for K, black for J, violet for E, blue for T, and orange for N — making polarity identification and type verification immediate and error-free in the field. Each connector is supplied as a matched male (plug) and female (socket) pair. The polarised pin geometry prevents incorrect insertion, and the screw-terminal wire clamps inside each connector body accept a wide range of thermocouple and extension wire gauges without soldering. The compact miniature format is ideal for space-constrained installations and portable instrumentation, while the standard format provides a more robust grip for fixed industrial installations.
