1)How do I configure the DIN rail temperature transmitter for different sensor type and transmitting range ?

  The range and input is configurable via PC and cell phone( Andorid to be specific), you may download the software from the download section

 

2)Do I have to connect 24VDC source to the DIN Rail temperature sensor while configure it ?

 You don't have to connect 24VDC source to the transmitter while configure it, the unit will draw power from computer and cell phone, which 
 makes it very easy to work with.

3)Can we use a regular USB cable to carry out the configuration process ?

 A special USB cable is needed for configuration. Please conatct our sales team to purchase V2 cable, Do not use regular cable

The PT100-12 is a PT100 Platinum Resistance Thermometer featuring an adjustable compression fitting combined with a robust Form B aluminium connection box (connection head). This combination delivers two key advantages in a single assembly: the compression fitting allows the probe insertion depth to be set and locked at any position within the fitting stroke, eliminating the need for custom-length probes during installation; and the sealed connection box provides a weather-resistant, vibration-tolerant housing for field wiring that is well suited to demanding industrial environments. The sensor complies with EN 60751 and covers a temperature range of −70 °C to +300 °C, making it suitable for a wide spectrum of process and industrial applications. The stainless steel probe is available in three diameters — 4 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm — and three standard lengths of 50 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm, all of which can be customised to order. Adjustable process fittings are available in ½ NPT, ¼ NPT, and ¼ BSP thread forms, enabling direct installation into standard process pipework and vessels without adapters. The connection box accepts standard conduit entries, and the sensor ships without lead wire, with all field connections made inside the terminal block housed within the connection box.
