Three-Phase Intelligent SCR Power Regulator The Maxwell TC-200S Series is an industrial-grade, three-phase intelligent SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power regulator designed for precise, stepless control of resistive heating loads in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured by Maxwell Automation Technology Co., Ltd. under the PIDMaxWell brand, the TC-200S combines a fully digital control architecture with an integrated dual-row LED display, multi-function indicator LEDs, and a front-panel keypad, enabling operators to monitor process parameters and adjust output settings directly without external programming tools. The regulator accepts a wide range of analogue control input signals — including 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, 0–5 VDC, 0–10 VDC, 1–5 VDC, and 2–10 VDC — and features automatic phase detection, making it straightforward to integrate into new or existing control systems. An integrated soft-start (ramp) function eliminates inrush current surges at power-on, protecting both the SCR modules and the connected heating elements from thermal shock. HART® is a worldwide known protocol which has been proven to be reliable and robust, TT-217 equipped with HART 7, put the electrical isolation between input and output and source, the configuration can be done via our free windows software, a HART to USB modem will be needed if you want to configure the temperature transmitter via PC, another option is to configure the unit by using various Hart field communicator.
