The NTC10K Series is a compact, high-precision Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor temperature sensor housed in a rugged stainless steel M8 screw-body probe. Designed for direct installation into threaded ports on pipework, tanks, heat exchangers, and machinery, this sensor delivers accurate, low-cost temperature measurement across a wide operating range without the need for signal conditioning or cold-junction compensation.At the heart of the sensor is a precision NTC thermistor element with a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25 °C and a B-value (B25/100) of 3950 K ± 1%. The thermistor element is encapsulated within a 4 mm diameter stainless steel probe, sealed with high-temperature epoxy resin to ensure moisture ingress protection. The M8 threaded body incorporates a high-temperature silicone gasket to provide a leak-proof seal when installed into a threaded port.
