The TC-K4/TC-J4 series is a high-performance, versatile probe-type thermocouple temperature sensor designed for a wide range of industrial, scientific, and process-control applications. The sensor consists of a stainless-steel protective sheath enclosing a precision thermocouple element, terminated with a braided-shield extension lead wire and fork-type (spade) terminal connectors. Four thermocouple calibration types — K, J, T, and E — are available to cover measurement ranges from cryogenic temperatures down to -200 °C up to +1260 °C, accommodating virtually every industrial temperature-measurement requirement.
The probe sheath is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. The extension lead wire is protected by a metallic braided shield (aluminium foil + tinned-copper braid) that effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference and ensures signal integrity over long cable runs. Both probe diameter and insertion length are fully customisable, and the lead wire length can be specified to any required dimension. An optional waterproof (IP67) sealed construction is available for use in wet or immersion environments. All products comply with IEC 60584 international standards.
