The PT100-19 is a probe-type PT100 Platinum Resistance Thermometer equipped with an M12 4-pin connector, combining the measurement accuracy of a Class A PT100 element with the convenience and reliability of the industry-standard M12 circular connector interface. The M12 4-pin connector enables rapid, tool-free mating and de-mating in the field, eliminates the need for field wiring, and provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection that is well suited to machine-building, automation, and process control applications. The sensor is constructed from SS316 stainless steel throughout, offering excellent corrosion resistance in wet, chemical, and marine environments. The probe diameter and length are fully customisable to meet specific installation requirements, and a range of process fittings — including ½ NPT, ¼ NPT, ¼ BSP, ½ BSP, M8, M10, and M12 thread forms — allows the sensor to be installed directly into standard process pipework and vessels. The sensor complies with EN 60751 Class A accuracy, covering a temperature range of −50 °C to +250 °C, and is available with cable lengths up to 7 m or longer on request.

The TC-K14B is a fast-response K-type thermocouple engineered for applications where rapid, accurate temperature measurement is essential. Unlike conventional sheathed thermocouples, the TC-K14B features an exposed welded-bead junction with minimal thermal mass, enabling it to detect temperature changes within fractions of a second. This makes it the preferred choice for dynamic temperature monitoring tasks in research, testing, and industrial quality control environments. The sensor is constructed from a fine-gauge Chromel-Alumel (K-type) thermocouple wire pair, twisted together and insulated with a flexible fiberglass braid. The green-and-white color coding of the lead wire follows the international K-type thermocouple standard, providing clear polarity identification. The fiberglass insulation offers excellent thermal resistance and flexibility, allowing the sensor to be routed through confined spaces and around complex geometries without risk of insulation damage. At the instrument end, the TC-K14B is fitted with a standard miniature K-type quick-disconnect connector (green housing, labeled 'K NiCr+ / NiAl−'), which is compatible with a wide range of handheld thermometers, data loggers, and temperature indicators that accept the IEC 60584 / ANSI miniature thermocouple connector standard. The plug-and-play design eliminates the need for field wiring, enabling rapid deployment and sensor replacement without tools or specialist knowledge. The lead wire length is fully customizable, making the TC-K14B adaptable to installations where the measurement point is located at a significant distance from the instrument. As part of the PIDMaxWell range of temperature measurement solutions, the TC-K14B is designed to integrate seamlessly with PIDMaxWell PID temperature controllers, temperature transmitters, and compatible third-party instrumentation.
