PT100-14
Bolt-on PT100 with ring terminalsThe PT100-14 is a bolt-on PT100 Platinum Resistance Thermometer designed for direct surface temperature measurement. The sensor element is integrated into a ring (eye) terminal lug that is bolted or screwed directly onto the surface to be measured — such as a motor casing, heat sink, pipe outer wall, bearing housing, or structural component — ensuring intimate thermal contact without the need for a thermowell, probe pocket, or adhesive. This makes the PT100-14 an exceptionally convenient and cost-effective solution wherever surface temperature monitoring is required.
The ring terminal inner diameter is available in 6 mm or 8 mm as standard, and can be customised to match any bolt or screw size specified by the customer. The sensor is supplied with a stainless steel braided cable for mechanical protection and EMI shielding, and the lead wire material is fully selectable from stainless steel braid, silicone, fiberglass, or Teflon to suit the thermal and chemical conditions of the installation environment. Standard cable lengths are 2 m, 3 m, and 5 m, with custom lengths available on request. The sensor is available in temperature ranges up to 100 °C, 200 °C, or 300 °C.

PT100-15
Fluoropolymer coated probe for corrosive solutionsThe PT100-15 is a flexible, PFA-insulated RTD sensor engineered for precise temperature measurement in highly corrosive environments. Both the probe and cable are fully encapsulated in fluoropolymer (PFA), offering exceptional resistance to saline solutions, strong acids, caustic fluids, and electroplating baths. Designed for continuous immersion, the sensor’s flexibility allows for easy installation in confined or complex spaces, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
PT100-19
Probe-Type PT100 RTD Temperature Sensor with M12 4-Pin ConnectorThe PT100-19 is a probe-type PT100 Platinum Resistance Thermometer equipped with an M12 4-pin connector, combining the measurement accuracy of a Class A PT100 element with the convenience and reliability of the industry-standard M12 circular connector interface. The M12 4-pin connector enables rapid, tool-free mating and de-mating in the field, eliminates the need for field wiring, and provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection that is well suited to machine-building, automation, and process control applications.
The sensor is constructed from SS316 stainless steel throughout, offering excellent corrosion resistance in wet, chemical, and marine environments. The probe diameter and length are fully customisable to meet specific installation requirements, and a range of process fittings — including ½ NPT, ¼ NPT, ¼ BSP, ½ BSP, M8, M10, and M12 thread forms — allows the sensor to be installed directly into standard process pipework and vessels. The sensor complies with EN 60751 Class A accuracy, covering a temperature range of −50 °C to +250 °C, and is available with cable lengths up to 7 m or longer on request.

TC-K1/J1/T1
Screw-in type thermocouple K,J,T,EThe TC-K1 / TC-J1 / TC-T1 Series Screw-In Nozzle Thermocouple is a compact, robust, and highly versatile temperature sensing solution engineered for direct installation into threaded ports on machinery, pipelines, and process equipment. By leveraging the well-established Seebeck effect — in which two dissimilar metal conductors joined at one end generate a measurable electromotive force (EMF) proportional to the temperature difference between the hot junction and the cold (reference) junction — this sensor delivers reliable, real-time temperature readings across a broad operating range.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the TC-K1 / TC-J1 / TC-T1 series features a fully threaded stainless steel body that enables secure, leak-proof installation into standard metric (M6, M8) and pipe-thread (1/4 NPT, 1/4 BSP) fittings. The sensor is available in three internationally recognised thermocouple calibrations — Type K (Chromel/Alumel), Type J (Iron/Constantan), and Type T (Copper/Constantan) — to suit a wide spectrum of temperature measurement requirements. Lead wire material, length, and junction type are all fully customisable, making this series an ideal choice for OEM integrators and system designers seeking a drop-in thermal sensing component.
