PT100-5 Catalog

The PT100-5 is a highly adaptable temperature sensing solution suited to a wide range of industries and installation scenarios where a fitting-free, waterproof probe is required.

• Thermowell Installations. The slender stainless steel probe inserts directly into standard thermowells in pipelines, tanks, and reactors, providing accurate temperature measurement without requiring a threaded connection on the sensor itself. This simplifies sensor replacement and reduces installation time.
• OEM and Machine Building. The compact, fitting-free design is ideal for embedding into machinery, moulds, heating platens, and custom equipment during manufacture. The choice of lead wire material allows the sensor to be matched to the thermal and chemical conditions of the surrounding environment.
• Food and Beverage Processing. The waterproof construction and hygienic stainless steel probe make the PT100-5 suitable for temperature monitoring in food processing equipment, refrigeration units, cold storage rooms, and beverage dispensing systems.
• HVAC and Refrigeration. The sensor can be inserted into air ducts, refrigerant lines, and heat exchangers to provide accurate temperature feedback for control systems, with the silicone or Teflon lead wire options offering flexibility in high-humidity or chemically aggressive environments.
