This thermal controller offers some basic features with limited configuration options, it is for much less demanding application, despite it's cost-effective nature, still it offers Relay, SSR Drive and analog output, analog output being at the same price with the relay and SSR Drive output, maximum 2 alarms and heating+cooling control at the same time are possible, the alarm output can be used as a sub output to control a fan or valve in a system, TC/RTD and analog inputs compatible, 24VDC source and 85~265Vac source optional

The TC-K8 is a high-performance K-type thermocouple temperature sensor engineered for accuracy and durability in demanding high-temperature environments. Its defining feature is a robust ceramic sheath that provides exceptional resistance to thermal shock, chemical corrosion, and oxidation at elevated temperatures — making it the preferred choice for industrial processes such as kiln firing, furnace monitoring, and heat treatment operations. The sensor consists of two distinct probe sections: a stainless steel section that connects to the connection box, and a ceramic section that extends into the high-temperature measurement zone. This dual-material construction combines the mechanical strength and machinability of stainless steel with the superior thermal stability and chemical inertness of advanced ceramic materials. The integrated die-cast aluminum connection box provides a secure, weatherproof enclosure for the thermocouple terminals, protecting electrical connections from moisture, dust, and mechanical interference. The TC-K14B is a fast-response K-type thermocouple engineered for applications where rapid, accurate temperature measurement is essential. Unlike conventional sheathed thermocouples, the TC-K14B features an exposed welded-bead junction with minimal thermal mass, enabling it to detect temperature changes within fractions of a second. This makes it the preferred choice for dynamic temperature monitoring tasks in research, testing, and industrial quality control environments. The sensor is constructed from a fine-gauge Chromel-Alumel (K-type) thermocouple wire pair, twisted together and insulated with a flexible fiberglass braid. The green-and-white color coding of the lead wire follows the international K-type thermocouple standard, providing clear polarity identification. The fiberglass insulation offers excellent thermal resistance and flexibility, allowing the sensor to be routed through confined spaces and around complex geometries without risk of insulation damage. At the instrument end, the TC-K14B is fitted with a standard miniature K-type quick-disconnect connector (green housing, labeled 'K NiCr+ / NiAl−'), which is compatible with a wide range of handheld thermometers, data loggers, and temperature indicators that accept the IEC 60584 / ANSI miniature thermocouple connector standard. The plug-and-play design eliminates the need for field wiring, enabling rapid deployment and sensor replacement without tools or specialist knowledge. The lead wire length is fully customizable, making the TC-K14B adaptable to installations where the measurement point is located at a significant distance from the instrument.
